How Hanadi Started Her Kitchen & Grill


Hanadi immigrated to the USA in 1999 and started working at different restaurants in the Metro Detroit area before she decided to open a place called Hanadi’s Kitchen & Grill to serve the community the best HOMEMADE dishes she can. Hanadi is a mother that loves to cook and she has a great way to present her authentic food from grape leaves to fried kibbe and baklava among lots of other
items that she specializes in.

The idea of the restaurant came after many years of experience and knowledge about authentic middle eastern cuisine and the pandemic situation where a lot of restaurants got affected by the virus. Hanadi started thinking about how to present her dishes in a homemade style to her customers and make them know the real way to cook and to be different than your typical middle eastern restaurant.

In April 2021, Hanadi decided to look for a place in the Livonia area where she worked last and realized that customers there do appreciate great food and excellent service, surrounded by Canton, Northville, Novi, Westland and other communities, Hanadi opened her place in September 2022.
